Looking back on my time at Blue Sea Energy Technology Corporation, I am filled with gratitude for an unforgettable experience. My on-the-job training offered the perfect balance of creative freedom, technical learning, and real-world adaptability—giving me the confidence to handle high-priority deliverables both in the office and remotely.
During my time at Blue Sea, I had the unique opportunity to bridge technical compliance with visual storytelling. I worked on data-driven summaries for Philippine environmental permits (SMRs, Discharge Permits, and LLDA clearances) while using Canva and digital tools to elevate our visual branding. From designing privacy-conscious corporate IDs and promotional banners to conceptualizing an original company mascot and antagonist character, “Fatberg,” every project helped me refine my design details and corporate marketing skills.
Above all, I am deeply grateful to Sir Juancho and the leadership team. Sir Juancho’s patient guidance and encouraging leadership created a supportive space for me to iterate, learn, and grow.
